In reality, nowadays, we can all do more exercise, myself included.
I talk about CBA, and my clients go “what’s that?”. Of course, we all know it means “can’t be arsed”.
And then I say, well it’s a serious medical problem, and I actually really do believe that. We can get into the bad habit of not getting out and exercising. We fall into a trap of being lazy and we need to beat that inertia.
We’ve got to keep active and vary what we do. It’s about gentle, regular exercise. It’s so important, and it’s something I’m just really passionate about.
