These negative beliefs that we’ve held onto most of our lives, our views of ourselves and the outside world; they are not doing us any good. You could say that they’re not really “fit for purpose”. These negative beliefs may have been drummed into you by parents or in school; maybe it was a subtle “you are no good”, “you’re not pretty”, or ” you’re not clever”. We’ve held onto these thoughts and beliefs all these years, acting much like a heavy backpack.
Let me help you change your outlook, so your life zooms forward. What a difference it will make! Your backpack is so much lighter.
